Terms and Conditions
We rely on you for the organization and to make the most of the lessons!
- Lessons canceled with a 24-hour notice will be rescheduled within the same month, just notify the teacher. Otherwise, the lesson will be canceled and there will be no make-up.
- Be punctual - your lesson will start and end at the agreed time.
- The teacher will wait a maximum of 15 minutes for you to have your lesson - after this grace period, the lesson will be canceled without a make-up.
- The student assumes full responsibility for their absence or any failures in their connection that prevent the lesson from taking place. If the issue occurs on the teacher's part, the lesson will be rescheduled.
- Please provide all the necessary materials (book, notebook, and pen) before the start of the lesson.
- Please use headphones during the lessons.
- Complete your homework before the next lesson (and jot down any questions that arise during the exercises to ask your teacher during the lesson).
